This is an exciting role for a skilled communicator who can deliver clear, accessible, and resident‑focused messaging that makes a real difference to communities. You'll lead all communication activity linked to the Housing Improvement Programme, including the "Improving Your Homes" plan and Keeping Residents Informed TRA project, ensuring every piece of content is accurate, timely, and aligns with council governance and brand standards.
