Job Title: Room Leader Location: 1a St. Augustines Ave, South Croydon CR2 6BA Salary: Up to £32,000 per annum Hours: 5-day 41.25 hours, and 4-day working options Reports to: Nursery Manager What You Bring Passion and Expertise: A deep understanding of child development, Birth to 5 Matters, and the EYFS curriculum. Lead by Example: Inspire and guide your team, creating a positive and engaging learning environment for children. Qualifications: A Level 2 qualification in Childcare and either actively working towards a Level 3 or already holding a Level 3 qualification. Strong Communication Skills: The ability to engage with children, parents, and your team, providing clear and constructive feedback.
