Pertemps Social Care Recruitment is seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to join Hull City Council’s Locality Teams.
Hourly Rate: £40.97
Location: Hull
Working Pattern: Flexible hours – minimum 2 days per week office-based (ideally 3–4)
This role requires an OT with a solid background in adult social care, able to deliver high-quality assessments and interventions to support independence, safety, and wellbeing within the community.
Key Responsibilities:
* Carry out complex assessments and interventions in line with adult social care policies.
* Work as part of a Locality Team, contributing to effective multidisciplinary practice.
* Promote independence and ensure individuals receive the appropriate support to meet their needs.
* Manage a varied caseload effectively, with a focus on positive outcomes.
Requirements:
* Qualified Occupational Therapist with current HCPC registration.
* Demonstrable experience within adult social care/community OT.
* Strong assessment, intervention, and case management skills.
* Availability to work from the office at least 2 days per week (preferably 3–4).
