Key Responsibilities
* Lead and manage client projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are consistently met.
* Develop, review, and implement SOPs, ensuring operational compliance and continuous process improvement.
* Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing strategic guidance and maintaining strong, long-term partnerships.
* Support business development activities, including proposal preparation, client presentations, and identifying new opportunities.
* Collaborate with internal teams to deliver high-quality technical and strategic consulting services aligned with client needs.
Requirements
* Proven experience in project management within the life sciences, pharmaceutical, or consulting environment.
* Strong understanding of SOP development, maintenance, and compliance within regulated settings.
* Demonstrated business development capability, including client engagement, proposal writing, and opportunity identification.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills, with the ability to influence and work across multidisciplinary teams.
* Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and deliver high-quality outcomes in a fast-paced environment.
