A well established London developer with a strong pipeline of residential led schemes is seeking a Senior Technical Coordinator to join its growing technical team. This is an opportunity to join a privately owned, design focused business delivering high quality mixed use and residential developments across the capital.
The Role
You will support the Technical Manager and work closely with planning, design and construction teams to coordinate design information from pre construction through to delivery on site.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage consultant design teams and ensure information is issued in line with programme
* Review drawings for buildability, compliance and coordination
* Oversee Building Regulations submissions and discharge of planning conditions
* Coordinate utilities, warranty providers and statutory approvals
* Attend site meetings and support the construction team with technical queries
* Monitor RFI process and ensure timely resolution of design issues
About You
* Experience working for a UK residential developer or main contractor in a technical or design coordination role
* Strong understanding of Building Regulations and planning processes
* Confident managing external consultants
* Organised, commercially aware and delivery focused
* Able to operate across multiple live schemes
