Responsibliites for the Senior Administrator include:-
* Manage the diary, appointments, and scheduling
* Handle correspondence, including emails, letters, and phone calls
* Prepare reports, documents, and presentations as required
* Maintain accurate records, files, and databases
* Liaise with contractors, and external suppliers
* Assist with planning and coordinating maintenance and projects
* Monitor and track ongoing work to ensure deadlines are met
* Support procurement of supplies and services
To be successful as the Senior Administrator you will need:-
* Previous administration experience, ideally at PA level
* Be competent in the use of Microsoft office. xsngvjr
* A high level of discretion, professionalism, and attention to detail.
