About the Opportunity
The Multicultural Hub Advisor plays a key role in cultivating a vibrant, inclusive, and supportive environment for Arden University's ethnically diverse student community—including both international students and domestic students from ethnic minority backgrounds. This role involves offering tailored guidance, connecting students to relevant university services, and fostering intercultural understanding and engagement throughout the campus.
We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Multicultural Hub Advisor who will demonstrate strong awareness of student experience trends and of the needs of both ethnic citizens and international students, offering expert, proactive support from pre-arrival through to graduation.
Minimum Requirements
* 2 years' experience working in a student-facing capacity, supporting international students, student advice, student life, or student wellbeing
* Demonstrated ability to build rapport and foster an inclusive approach when engaging with a diverse student population
* Strong interpersonal skills with a proven ability to build effective professional relationships with students, support staff, and academic colleagues
* Background in providing services related to international student support, student wellbeing, complaint resolution, or other relevant student services
Desirable Requirements
* Higher Education or other relevant educational experience
