Job Title: Production Operatives – Temp to Perm – Day and Night Shifts Available!
Location: Ashington, West Sussex (Please note own transport is essential due to limited public transport access)
Salary: £12.36 per hour (days) / £14.21 per hour (nights)
Shifts: 4 on 4 off shifts, 7pm until 7am (nights) / 7am until 7pm (days)

Key Responsibilities:
1. Accurately prepare and line oven trays
2. Safely handle and transfer baking trays
3. Maintain a clean, organised, and hygienic workspace
4. Cut and finish baked goods to precise standards
5. Apply hand-finishing techniques to ensure product quality and presentation
6. Correctly label and date items for dispatch
7. Package products securely to meet delivery specifications
8. Promptly report any equipment faults or safety concerns to supervisors

9. Access to reliable transport (essential due to location)
10. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
11. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
12. Previous experience in food production, manufacturing, or a factory setting is advantageous but not required
