Overview A leading aerospace manufacturer is looking for a Contract Manager to join their Industrial Maintenance team in Broughton. This role will focus on managing maintenance and calibration contracts across a range of production assets - including CNC machinery, manufacturing facilities, and specialised processing equipment. You'll be responsible for ensuring all service providers meet performance, cost, and compliance standards while maintaining a strong focus on safety, quality, and operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities Health, Safety & Environmental (HSE) Oversight Ensure all contractors operate safely and adhere to HSE and environmental standards. Promote a strong safety culture and lead governance across all operations. Audit service providers to ensure compliance with company safety procedures. Contract & Performance Management Manage supplier contracts and performance through KPIs and governance reviews. Lead performance meetings and apply corrective actions where needed. Validate supplier invoices and maintain accurate financial oversight. Prepare monthly reports on performance, spend, and risk management. Identify areas for improvement and implement effective recovery plans. Commercial & Procurement Support Collaborate with procurement and legal teams to ensure contractual compliance. Support supplier tendering, selection, and negotiation activities. Provide input for supplier evaluations and long-term contract strategies. Manage all contractual and financial correspondence professionally. About You We're looking for an organised, commercially minded professional with strong stakeholder management skills and experience in contract or supplier performance management within an engineering or manufacturing environment. Essential Skills & Experience: Experience managing technical or maintenance contracts in an industrial setting. Strong understanding of HSE compliance and safe working practices. Proven ability in supplier performance management and governance. Financial awareness - experience in cost control and budget tracking. Excellent communication and influencing skills. Able to work effectively onsite in a fast-paced operational environment.
