We are hiring – Contracts Manager | Yorkshire and the Humber | Midlands & Northern Region
European Asbestos Services is growing — and we are looking for an experienced Contracts Manager to help lead that growth in Yorkshire and the Humber
If you understand the asbestos removal industry inside out, can manage multiple projects simultaneously, and know how to inspire both clients and site teams, we want to hear from you.
The role
* Manage teams of Supervisors and Operatives across the region.
* Deliver multiple contracts safely, on time and to the highest standards
* Build strong and lasting client relationships
* Scope, price and manage asbestos removal works from start to finish
* Lead on all aspects of health and safety, quality, and compliance
* Level 4 Diploma in Licensed Asbestos Removal for Contract Managers (also known as the RSPH Level 4 Diploma)
* ARCA New Licensed Contract Manager Course — a must, covering contract management, risk assessments and Plans of Work, COSHH, waste management, and licence renewal
* ARCA Air Management Workshop — specific to air-flow management within enclosures
* ARCA Risk Assessments & Plans of Work Course — key to ensuring correct and compliant site documentation and control
* IOSH Managing Safely — industry-standard for leadership in health and safety
What we are looking for
* Minimum three years’ experience in the asbestos removal industry
* Proven background managing multiple contracts and project teams
* Strong understanding of technical and legislative require
* Ability to multi-task and perform under pressure
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
* A leadership mindset with the ability to bring your team with you.

Salary and benefits:
* Salary range: £50,000.00 – £60,000.00 per annum, dependent on experience
* Company vehicle provided
* Company pension scheme
* Private healthcare is available upon successful completion of the probation period
