The Role
Starting pay of £12.00-13.00 per hour (dependent on store location).
Daily, you'll craft coffee that provides uplifting moments—using sustainably sourced beans, velvety milk, and our signature art—delivered with your signature smile.
Responsibilities
1. Crafting great coffee consistently.
2. Serving customers with a smile to ensure they leave happy and eager to return.
3. Learning about all Costa products—teas, frappes, seasonal ranges, and more.
4. Maintaining health & safety and cleanliness standards across the store.
5. Having fun, learning, developing, and meeting great people.
