As a Network Support Engineer, you’ll be a key player in ensuring customers receive top-notch technical assistance and seamless connectivity.
Responsibilities:
• Take qualified 2nd and 3rd line tickets from the Inlife Service Desk, providing efficient support and solutions within agreed SLAs.
• Liaise with 3rd party suppliers, ensuring escalated service issues are resolved promptly. • Handle commissioning support for the Spectrum suite of products and services, guaranteeing smooth implementation.
• Maintain accurate records of all product, service, and solution information, identifying trends and escalating issues when necessary.
Required Skills & Experience:
• Significant experience in an IT/Telecoms support environment, with a solid understanding of IT systems, networking, and telecommunications.
• Proficiency in configuring Session Border Controllers, troubleshooting mobile devices, data connectivity, LAN/WAN technologies, and maintaining Server & End User desktop environments.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to prioritize activities effectively, meeting service levels.
• Strong communication skills, both written and oral, enabling seamless interaction with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
• Vendor certifications or accreditations, such as Python programming language, are preferred.
• PC literate with extensive knowledge of Windows applications and web browser applications.
• Full clean driving license.
