The Role: Graduate Recruitment Consultant
As a 360 Recruitment Consultant, you will manage the entire recruitment process from start to finish. This includes:
* Building and maintaining strong client relationships
* Understanding client hiring needs and providing tailored solutions
* Sourcing candidates through networking, job boards, and headhunting
* Screening, interviewing, and preparing candidates for client interviews
* Managing salary negotiations and guiding both clients and candidates through the offer process
* Following up on leads, generating new business, and developing new opportunities
* Creating and promoting job adverts
* Building your personal brand on LinkedIn
* Maintaining accurate CRM records
This role blends sales, communication, strategy, and relationship management, perfect for ambitious graduates looking for a career with impact and progression.
