Position: Primary Teacher

Hours: Full-Time or Part-Time
About the Role:
Randstad Education is seeking passionate and dedicated Primary Teachers to join our network of schools across West Sussex. As a Primary Teacher, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality education, creating a positive and engaging classroom environment, and ensuring that students receive the support they need to thrive academically and personally.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver engaging, well-structured lessons to primary-aged students.
* Develop and implement individualised learning plans to support students' needs.
* Create an inclusive classroom environment where all students feel supported and encouraged to succeed.
* Monitor and assess students' progress and provide feedback to guide their development.
* Manage classroom behaviour and promote positive interactions between students.
* Collaborate with teaching assistants, SEN staff, and other colleagues to provide tailored support for all students.
* Participate in school activities, events, and parent meetings as needed.
Requirements:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
* Experience teaching in a primary school setting is preferred but not essential.
* A patient, caring, and adaptable approach to teaching.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
* A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
* You must have the right to work in the UK for this role.
