Regional Claims Team Leader This is a fantastic opportunity to join our fast-paced specialist claims department team at NFUM to drive operational excellence and to support our people to grow and develop This role offers the chance to lead and facilitate on process improvement across the Department This is a hybrid role with 40% homeworking and 60% office based in our York office About the roleWe have an exciting and permanent opportunity for an enthusiastic and highly motivated individual to join our National Pet, Equine and Specialist Claims team as one of our Team Leaders based in York. The role will require you to lead, coach, and develop your team, ensuring they are motivated and supported to achieve their targets and deliver against service levels. You will identify development areas and take ownership of training and coaching, enabling individuals to build their skills and improve performance. You will work closely with existing Leadership team to manage workload, plan effectively, and develop and deliver a training and development plan for this national department, while fostering a great place to work culture. You will support and lead your team through periods of change, ensuring the effective implementation of procedural and process improvements where required. In addition, you may be required to deputise for the Department Manager on occasion. You will have a high level of personal and team organisation, with a strong commitment to continuous improvement in productivity, quality, and efficiency, leading to enhanced customer service.
