Tool Maker / Tool Technician (Aerospace) Shift Pattern: Double Days Early: 6:00am - 2:00pm Late: 2:00pm - 10:00pm Salary: £37,847.52 - £44,626.18 per annum (DOE) Shift Allowance: £3,290 per annum Onboarding: 4-week structured onboarding following successful interview and trial shift About the Role The Tool Maker (Tool Technician) plays a critical role in supporting aerospace manufacturing and MRO (Maintenance, Repair & Overhaul) operations. You will ensure the availability, accuracy, and reliability of all tooling, jigs, and fixtures, supporting both production and development of aircraft components. This role involves hands-on manufacture, servicing, and repair of high-precision tooling, support to prototype development, and contribution to continuous tooling and process improvements, while maintaining the highest standards of safety, quality, and compliance.
