As a Senior Support Worker / Personal Assistant within our Peripatetic Team, you will step into different environments to provide support for individuals with varying needs, including complex health needs, mental health conditions, autism spectrum disorder and behaviours that challenge. Delivering high-quality, compassionate care and support tailored to each individual.
Responsibilities
* Assisting with daily living tasks, personal care, and promoting independence.
* Supporting individuals with managing challenging behaviours and complex health conditions.
* Encouraging social inclusion, building relationships, and improving quality of life.
* Providing cover during sickness, annual leave, and other periods of absence.
Qualifications and Skills
* A compassionate, patient, and flexible approach to care.
* Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.
* A commitment to ensuring the best outcomes for those you support.
* Previous experience in supporting individuals with complex care needs, mental health, autism, and behaviours that challenge.
* A valid driving licence and access to your own vehicle (travel between various locations essential).
