* Eager tobuild a global quality & sustainability function from the ground up
* Passionate about quality and sustainability
* A builder with a bias for action, able to design systems and solve problems quickly
* Skilled at fostering supplier partnerships and accountability
* Confident in leading change across teams and driving continuous improvement
Your Responsibilities:

Quality Management - day-to-day focus (operational / solutions-focused)

* Act as the first point of contact for quality issues, coordinating rapid problem-solving with suppliers, manufacturers, and internal teams.
* Manage batch release and incoming QC goods checks at 3PLs to ensure timely product flow.
* Support production runs and trials, including on-the-ground presence with manufacturers to resolve immediate risks.
