<div><h3>Conveyancer - Residential Property - Sutton Coldfield</h3><p>We are seeing to recruit a qualified and experienced fee earner to join our expanding Residential Property team at our Sutton Coldfieldoffice .</p><h3>DUTIES –specific to department:</h3><ul><li>To handle all conveyancing matters from the initial instruction to post completion. This will include:</li><li>To handle remortgage transactions and equity release transactions.</li><li>To check titles of freehold and leasehold properties</li><li>To deal with the transfer of equity and matrimonial transfer</li><li>To provide suitable support and training to the department’s conveyancing assistants</li><li>To develop client contacts in the local area</li><li>To cross refer clients to other departments where appropriate.</li></ul><h3>DUTIES – specific to you</h3><ul><li>Local Knowledge of the local area</li><li>Experience of handling residential property caseloads</li></ul><h3>Additional Duties</h3><ul><li>To provide cover for other offices in the Firm when requested.</li><li>To maintain good working relations with and behave politely and courteously to the partners and all members of staff.</li><li>To comply with all performance standards and work practices outlined in this job description, the office policies and procedures, minutes of department meetings and as requested from time to time.</li><li>To deal with the work and exercise a high level of competence, skill, care and management as is to be expected of a professional person.</li><li>Adhere to CQS Protocols</li></ul><p>Location: Sutton Coldfield Office<br/>Hours: Monday to Friday 09.00 – 17.15 with a one hour lunch break<br/>Position - Permanent</p><ul><li>Competitive salary dependant on experience</li><li>Pension contribution</li><li>Additional holiday bonus scheme (if monthly fees received target is met, they get an extra days holiday-potential for 12 extra days pa)</li><li>26days holiday as well as bank holidays</li><li>Hybrid Working From Home Policy</li><li>A very friendly and collaborative working environment</li></ul><p>Working on a fixed fee basis means there is no uncertainty as to your outlay.</p></div>
