A secondary school in Hounslow is seeking a Psychology Graduate Teaching Assistant to support students with SEMH needs and behavioural challenges. As a Psychology Graduate Teaching Assistant, you’ll work closely with the school’s SEN and pastoral teams, supporting students on a 1:1 and small group basis. This includes helping pupils with emotional regulation, behaviour management, and confidence building. Key responsibilities: Supporting students with SEMH and behavioural needs Assisting with wellbeing interventions and mentoring programmes Working alongside the SENDCo and external professionals Helping staff maintain a calm, structured learning environment This role suits Psychology graduates interested in teaching, counselling, or clinical psychology.
