About the Role

We're looking for a motivated and commercially driven Business Development Manager to join our Bolton team. In this role, you'll be responsible for driving new business growth whilst managing and developing a portfolio of existing client accounts. You'll work closely with our technical and delivery teams to ensure clients receive tailored solutions that genuinely make a difference to their business.


Responsibilities

* Identify and pursue new business opportunities across IT Support, Cybersecurity, and ERP markets
* Manage and grow a portfolio of existing client accounts, acting as a trusted advisor
* Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline from prospecting through to close
* Conduct market research to identify trends and emerging opportunities
* Prepare and deliver tailored proposals and presentations to key decision-makers
* Negotiate and close contracts effectively
* Collaborate with internal teams to align sales activity with business objectives
* Represent Eventura at client meetings, industry events, and networking opportunities

What We're Looking For

* Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management
* Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
* Ability to manage existing accounts whilst actively hunting for new business
* Strategic thinker with the ability to identify market trends and act on them
* Confident negotiator with a track record of closing deals
* Knowledge of ERP solutions (NetSuite or Sage 200) and IT services is highly desirable
* A degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not essential
