We are looking for a motivated and organised Admin Support Assistant to join the Joint Equipment Service team. This is a key administrative role supporting the efficient delivery of equipment services that enable people to live independently at home. You will provide high-quality administrative support to the service, working collaboratively with colleagues, partners, and service users to ensure smooth and effective day-to-day operations. There is a responsibility for the post holder to demonstrate a commitment to quality service delivery through continuous improvement for the benefit of the Service and the organisation. Provide general administrative support including data entry, record management, and document preparation. Handle telephone and email enquiries in a professional and timely manner. Support ordering, tracking, and processing of equipment requests. Maintain accurate databases and filing systems. Ensure confidentiality and compliance with data protection requirements.
