Location: Burnley | Salary: £55k - £65k + car or allowance (£5200), 5% bonus, 25 days annual leave, 5% pension.
You will be responsible for managing the Technical / Hard and Soft Service Delivery and engineers on the Lancashire Schools Contract, covering 11 Schools in Colne, Nelson, Burnley, and Blackburn.
Your main duties include minimizing performance deductions by effectively delivering the hard and soft services elements of the contract, responding to relevant issues in line with the Project Agreement, and managing the performance of sub-contractors and suppliers.
The ideal candidate has a background in hard services, is driven, well-organized, strategic, and possesses excellent people management skills.
Requirements
* ONC/HNC in Facilities Management or equivalent in a specialist trade
* IOSH Managing Safely certification
* Experience managing a Hard FM maintenance team
* Experience liaising directly with clients on FM projects
* Experience undertaking AP/RP duties in similar FM projects
* Knowledge of relevant legislation and industry guidelines
