Site Admin
As Site Admin you will be responsible for the day-to-day administrative tasks of various departments of the site. You will have to liaise with Parts, Customer Service and Estimating Departments to ensure admin is up-to-date and accurate. You will form a vital part of the team by ensuring that all departments are organised and cooperative by providing administrative support.
Duties and Responsibilities:
· Ensuring that parts are organised and loaded onto the system.
· Labelling parts to ensure organisation and facilitate production level.
· Ensure parts administration is completed accurately and in a timely manner.
· Accurately record stock information on the computer.
· Return any unused parts in a timely manner.
· Maintain a safe and clean working environment.
· Assisting the Estimator with administrative tasks, including taking images of vehicles.
· Assisting with Customer Service by answering calls and booking jobs.
· Keeping customers updated on the status of their vehicle repair.
· Liaising with subcontractors.
· Arranging courtesy cars for customers.
· Ensure exceptional levels of customer service at all times.
· General administration
· To be proactive in supporting all departments and personnel within the business.
