About the Role As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will: Provide one-to-one and small-group support to students with identified SEND. Assist in delivering tailored learning activities under the guidance of the class teacher and SENCO. Support students with emotional regulation, behaviour management, and social development. Help create a nurturing, inclusive learning environment that supports academic and personal progress. Work collaboratively with teaching staff, pastoral teams, and external professionals. What We're Looking For We would love to hear from you if you have: Experience supporting children or young people with additional needs (school, care, youth work or voluntary settings all considered).
