Commercial Gas Engineer
Location: London & Southeast – Kent / Essex / Greater London
Salary: Up to £55,000 + overtime & call-out
Monday–Friday, 8:00–16:00 (40 hours per week). On-call: 1 week in 4
Our client is looking for a Commercial Gas Engineer to join their growing team, covering London and the Southeast. The role focuses on service, maintenance, and reactive works across large commercial sites.
The Role:
· Carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive breakdowns
· Working on large plant rooms and commercial boilers, with some minor domestic works
· Diagnosing faults, completing repairs, and quoting for remedial works
· Mobile role covering London & Southeast sites
· Jobs scheduled via a work tablet, with most work planned 1–2 weeks in advance
· Office support provided for scheduling and route planning
The Person:
· Gas Safe registered with full ACS (commercial gas required day one)
· Strong experience in commercial gas service & maintenance
· Comfortable fault-finding, repairs, and remedial works
· Full UK driving licence
· Additional modules welcome (training funded post-start where required
