We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Early Years Teacher to join one of our partner schools in Watford. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating a supportive and enriching learning environment, planning and delivering engaging lessons that promote the social, emotional, and academic development of young children.

Required Skills :
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
* Hold an enhanced DBS on the update service (or be willing to apply for one through Randstad Education)
* 2 recent professional references
* Strong organizational skills and a proactive approach to professional development.
* Eligibility to work in the UK is essential
* Good knowledge of EYFS
* Strong knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum and effective teaching strategies.
Responsibilities :
* Support children across the curriculum
* Give extra support to children with special needs
* Report student progress
* Help prepare a lesson and tidy the classroom afterwards
* You will have to communicate effectively with children, staff, parents and carers where required
* Plan, prepare, and deliver high-quality lessons in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum.
* Create a positive, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment that encourages exploration and play.
* Assess and monitor children's progress, providing feedback and support to ensure each child reaches their developmental milestones.
