Responsibilities: Manage IT rotas, engineer scheduling, and support coverage ensuring 24/7, 365 coverage. Maintain a personal presence at feature and premium racedays/events. Create and maintain IT documentation, policies, SOP, and best practice guides. Monitor asset management and IT inventory tracking. Oversee IT Helpdesk functionality meeting SLAs for end user management. Coordinate project delivery and support the engineering team in all aspects of ARC IT. Act as deputy to the Head of IT for escalation and holiday/absence cover. Build relationships with existing suppliers and partners to deliver efficient resolutions. Work with engineers to provide internal training and coaching to maximize software utilization. Assist with new project and system incorporation/deliverability. Manage budgeting, keeping within the IT budget for hardware support and subscriptions. Procure hardware such as screens, PCs, and phones. Provide project oversight to ensure consistency in engineering processes.
