ABOUT THE ONE O' CLOCK GUN
The One O' Clock Gun is a stylish pub and kitchen located in the Grade I listed Britannia Pavilion on the Royal Albert Dock. Originally a 19th-century warehouse. A local, cosy, and vibrant pub in the heart of Liverpool's docklands. Situated right on the waterfront, we're the ideal spot for anyone looking for food, drink, and great live entertainment within walking distance of Liverpool city centre.
The pub is named after the historical One O'Clock Gun, first fired on 21st September 1867 at Morpeth Dock to provide an audible time signal for ships and workers—marking the start of lunch hour.
