Client Services Administrator
Location: Wolverhampton area (in-person role) Contract: Full-time, Permanent Start Date: ASAP
We are seeking a Client Services Administrator to join a well-established financial services firm with over 20 years of experience delivering exceptional advice and outstanding client service. About the Role
You will play a key role in supporting financial advisers and paraplanners, ensuring client meetings are prepared and all administrative tasks are completed to a high standard. This position requires strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach.
Key Responsibilities
* Schedule and confirm client appointments, prepare meeting packs and documentation
* Maintain accurate client records in line with compliance standards
* Handle client queries professionally via phone and email
* Liaise with external providers and internal teams to process requests
* Support post‑meeting actions such as fund switches and withdrawals
* Manage workload effectively and provide cover for team members when needed
Skills & Experience
Essential
* Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
* High attention to detail and accuracy
* Ability to prioritise and meet deadlines under pressure
* Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
* Strong customer service skills
Desirable
* Experience in wealth management or financial services
* Knowledge of pensions, investments, and protection products
* Familiarity with FCA regulations and compliance
