Key Responsibilities: Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons in line with the KS1 curriculum. Implement and deliver phonics teaching using the Little Wandle programme effectively. Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes learning, independence, and wellbeing. Assess pupil progress and use data to inform planning and interventions. Work collaboratively with colleagues, support staff, and parents/carers to ensure every child achieves their full potential. Contribute to the wider life of the school, including extracurricular activities and school events. Requirements: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) - ECTs welcome. Strong knowledge and experience of the Little Wandle phonics scheme. Highly organised, committed, and proactive approach to teaching. Excellent classroom management and communication skills.
