Job Type: Permanent/ Part-time
Salary: Up to £30k DOE (Pro rata)
Hours: Up to 21 hours – option to work across 5 days, or 3 days
Forrest Recruitment LTD are currently working in partnership with an award-winning manufacturing organisation, who are seeking to recruit a Commercial Administrator to join them on a permanent basis.
Main duties:
1. Managing and updating customer relationship management (CRM) software to ensure accurate client data
2. Conducting monthly meetings with National Account Managers to share updates on monthly spend
3. Determining appropriate coding for cost to be allocated against
4. Ensuring all supporting documents are stored in CRM tool.
5. Processing and coding invoices in to the system, ensuring accuracy
6. Performing regular reconciliations in collaboration with the finance team to ensure accuracy of financial records.
7. Allocating invoiced costs to bonus tool conditions accurately and in a timely manner, in line with month-end processes.
8. Managing and updating customer relationship management (CRM) software to ensure accurate client data
9. Providing support to the wider Customer Service team where appropriate.
Experience Required:
10. Previous experience in an administrative or commercial support role – Essential
11. Experience processing invoices and handling basic finance tasks
12. Previous use of CRM systems or similar databases
13. Experience maintaining accurate records and data entry
14. Experience meeting deadlines, particularly month-end processes
