FLT Driver / Warehouse Operative Needed in Ledbury!

Our client, a market-leading manufacturing company, are seeking a FLT Driver / Warehouse Operative to join their team in Ledbury!

* Excellent hourly rate of £12.50 (this will increase in April 2026)

Duties to include:
* Receiving & checking and book in the supplier deliveries & returns
* Operating Forklift Truck
* Process, check & load customer shipments ready for dispatch
* Maximise warehouse space and support line side replenishment
* Ensuring all components are clearly identified and stocks are easily manageable
* Carry out inventory stock counts
* Complying with all quality system requirement
* Maintaining good working practices and housekeeping especially in the yard & warehouse
* Making stillages for sending goods out
* Following company health & safety procedures
Requirements:
* Valid FLT Certificate - Reach Truck preferrable, however, Counterbalance will also be considered
* Strong work ethic and attention to detail
* Ability to work well in a team and follow instructions
* Punctuality and reliability
* Eagerness to learn and adapt to new tasks and challenges
* Physical fitness, as some tasks may require lifting and standing for extended periods
