Contractor Care Associate
As a Contractor Care Associate within Next Ventures’ Legal Team, reporting directly to the Head of Contracts & Compliance, you will play a central role in supporting the commercial success of the business. The role involves learning to manage the full legal, compliance, and operational lifecycle of contractors within your remit.
Based within the wider Back Office team alongside Pay & Bill, Credit Control, and Accounting, you will, upon completion of your training, take ownership of a dedicated portfolio of Sales Consultants and contractors. You will be responsible for ensuring a consistently high standard of contractor care and compliance. The role works closely with Sales Consultants, the Accounts team, and Sales Directors across the business to deliver a seamless, efficient, and commercially effective service.

Key Responsibilities
* Manage the full contractor lifecycle within an assigned Sales Consultant portfolio.
* Act as the primary contact for contractors and consultants on legal, compliance, and operational matters.
* Build strong relationships with Sales Consultants, Sales Directors, and cross-functional teams.
* Partner with Pay & Bill, Credit Control, and Accounting to ensure accurate contracts, timely invoicing, and swift resolution of payment issues.
* Maintain accurate contractor data and deliver clear reporting and insights to senior stakeholders, including Board updates.
* Support continuous improvement through new processes, tools, and system enhancements.
* Monitor regulatory changes to ensure ongoing compliance.

Qualifications
* BA, BS, or LLB from a leading university.
* Legal, compliance, or contract-related experience is desirable but not essential.
* Strong commercial awareness with sound judgment on risk.
* Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
* Proven ability to manage priorities with ownership and accountability.
* Technical Skills
o High proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
o Experience using Timesheet Portal or a similar accounting system is advantageous but not essential.
