Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Case Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out various tasks and activities to ensure the effective management and completion of insolvency cases. This position requires strong analytical skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
* Creating and maintaining case files, recording all case-related data and information
* Assisting with the preparation of statutory documents, including notices and reports
* Liaising with creditors, debtors, and other stakeholders to obtain necessary information
* Undertaking investigations and gathering evidence to support claims and legal actions
* Monitoring case progress and updating relevant parties as necessary
* Participating in meetings and discussions with clients, lawyers, and other professionals
Requirements:
* Previous experience in insolvency or in the financial and/or legal industry is an advantage, but not essential, as full training will be provided
* Excellent organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to multitask effectively
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy, with a methodical and analytical approach
* Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, colleagues, and external stakeholders
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software applications
