OTE: Up to £50,000 | Basic: £22,000 – £32,000 DOE + Company Car/Allowance
Are you an experienced Lettings professional ready to step up and lead from the front? haart Estate Agents is seeking a passionate and results-driven Lettings Branch Manager to head up our dynamic Crewe branch.

Your Impact as Branch Manager:
* Lead, motivate, and develop your Lettings team to meet and exceed targets
* Drive new business generation while building lasting relationships with landlords and tenants
* Monitor performance and coach team members in regular one-to-one sessions
* Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation and industry regulations
* Oversee property viewings, tenancy negotiations, and risk management
We're Looking For:
* Minimum 2 years in residential lettings, ideally at Senior Negotiator level or higher
* Full UK driving licence (manual vehicle)
* Strong leadership and coaching skills
* Excellent customer service and communication abilities
* Sound knowledge of lettings legislation and compliance
* Ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-volume environment
* Proficiency with basic Microsoft Office tools
