This hybrid role is ideal for someone who enjoys both structure and creativity, with plenty of autonomy in a small but fast-moving team. Key Responsibilities Operations & Logistics * Manage stock levels and coordinate inventory * Support day-to-day logistics and supply chain coordination * Maintain accurate technical and customer documentation * Assist with project delivery and customer communications Marketing & Content * Maintain and update website content * Lead social media scheduling and campaign support * Create and organise branded content – case studies, brochures, pitch decks * Coordinate with PR and marketing agencies for outreach and media coverage * Ensure consistent brand messaging across all touchpoints What We’re Looking For * 2 years’ experience in operations, especially stock or logistics management * 3 years’ B2B marketing experience (digital, content, social media, or agency management) * Strong organisation and time management skills * Proactive, detail-focused, and comfortable working independently * Confident communicator with a collaborative mindset Desirable Skills * Experience with CRM or marketing analytics platforms * Exposure to technical industries (engineering, sustainability, or technology) * International operations or supplier experience Interested and feel you have the skills and experience we are looking for?
