We are seeking an experienced Multi Trade Operative to join a well established contractor within the social housing sector in and around Portsmouth, Southampton and Guildford area. This is initially a temporary position, with the potential to become permanent.

Temporary rate: £22 per hour
Permanent salary: £33,500 per annum
Provided van and fuel card from day one

As a Multi Trade Operative you will be responsible for:
Carrying out repairs, planned maintenance, and void property
Carpentry
Plumbing
Patch plastering
The successful Multi Trade Operative will have:
Previous experience in social housing maintenance
Qualified plasterer, or minimum of 5 years' experience in plastering
Maximum of 6 penalty points on your driving licence
Able to pass a DBS check
