Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our vibrant team. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting delicious beverages, engaging with customers, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere at our establishment.
Duties
* Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
* Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, ensuring compliance with food safety regulations.
* Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner, providing recommendations and assistance as needed.
* Manage time effectively to ensure prompt service during busy periods.
* Handle cash transactions accurately, utilising basic maths skills for processing payments.
* Collaborate with kitchen staff and other team members to enhance the overall dining experience for guests.
* Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies when necessary.
Experience
* Previous experience in bartending or a similar role within the hospitality industry is preferred but not essential.
* Strong understanding of food safety practices is advantageous.
* Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a busy environment.
* A passion for customer service and the ability to work well under pressure.
* Basic maths skills for handling cash and making change accurately.
