At Morson Edge, we're continuing to evolve and grow our Corporate Functions division and are looking for an ambitious and commercially driven Business Manager to lead and develop our Marketing recruitment offering.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced recruiter with a background in Marketing recruitment who is looking to build strategic client relationships, drive revenue growth, and play a key role in developing a high-performing specialist desk.
The Opportunity
Operating within our wider Corporate Functions team, you'll focus on delivering recruitment solutions across Marketing, Digital, Ecommerce, Creative, Brand, and Communications functions, supporting customers across Technology, SaaS, FinTech, Financial Services, and wider commercial sectors.
