We are seeking an enthusiastic and committed Salaried GP to join our friendly and supportive practice team. The successful candidate will provide high-quality, patient-centred care to our registered population, delivering services in line with the GMS contract and current clinical guidance. The role includes assessing, diagnosing and managing a wide range of acute and chronic conditions, providing health promotion advice, supporting self-care, and delivering effective long-term condition management. The postholder will be responsible for maintaining accurate clinical records, safe and cost-effective prescribing, timely processing of referrals and correspondence, and working collaboratively within the multidisciplinary team. The Salaried GP will contribute to quality improvement initiatives, clinical governance, QOF achievement, and the development of practice services. There will be opportunities to support anticipatory care planning, teaching, and wider practice development.
