Job Opportunity: Recruitment Manager at Creative Recruitment Our client is a growing fashion brand, making waves in the industry. They are seeking a Lead Creative to join their creative team, which values self-expression, collaboration, and authenticity. If you excel at bringing brands to life through visual storytelling, this could be your ideal role.
Their studio is located near Bristol, Gloucestershire, and they operate 5 days a week in the office.
We are looking for a versatile, creative leader to oversee brand storytelling across all channels. As our Creative Lead, you will report to the Creative Director and be responsible for conceptualizing, producing, and executing engaging campaigns that embody our community-led, playful ethos.
You will handle tasks from mood boarding and wireframing to art directing photoshoots, designing e-commerce UI, and producing digital content. You will work end-to-end through the creative process, often hands-on and sometimes managing collaborators. Ensuring brand consistency across our Shopify store and marketing channels will also be part of your role.
Key Responsibilities
Campaign Concepting: Develop concepts for seasonal campaigns, product launches, and brand moments.
Design & Direction: Create mood boards, wireframes, and digital assets; guide the visual style across all touchpoints.
Content Production: Art direct photoshoots and videos or brief/manage creators to produce authentic, high-quality content.
Digital Execution: Incorporate content into Shopify and email campaigns, ensuring polished outputs.
Social Media Creativity: Lead our visual identity on Instagram, TikTok, events, and more, keeping content fresh and on-brand.
Brand Consistency: Maintain and evolve the Goose & Gander tone and style across all creative outputs.
Trend Awareness: Stay updated on social, digital, and fashion trends, bringing innovative ideas to the team.
Qualifications
A portfolio demonstrating skills in art direction, photography, video, design, and storytelling.
Proven experience in fashion, e-commerce, retail, or lifestyle brands, either in-house or at an agency.
Strong visual design skills with knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite or similar tools; Figma, Premiere, and After Effects are a plus.
Experience directing or producing photoshoots and video content.
Good understanding of social media trends, especially TikTok and Instagram.
Ability to translate brand values into engaging, human-centric content.
Experience briefing freelancers or external collaborators.
Familiarity with Shopify and/or content CMS platforms.
