to be at the heart of the Garden Design Studio — managing client enquiries, supporting sales, and ensuring our projects are represented beautifully across digital channels. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a creative, entrepreneurial environment and enjoys working across both

The Role
You'll be the first point of contact for our Garden Design Studio, ensuring every enquiry is handled with professionalism and creativity. You'll support the team in quoting smaller landscaping projects, capturing design briefs, and coordinating schedules. Alongside this, you'll help bring our studio's story to life across marketing channels — from posting project updates on LinkedIn to creating engaging content for our digital community.
Key Responsibilities
Client & Studio Coordination
* Answer incoming calls and emails for the Garden Design Studio.
* Capture and manage client briefs, ensuring designers have all the information needed.
* Prepare and send proposals, quotes, and follow-ups for smaller landscaping jobs.
* Coordinate appointments, site visits, and project diaries.
* Maintain CRM records to track enquiries and leads.
Sales Support
* Qualify inbound leads, asking the right questions to understand scope and budget.
* Support designers in preparing proposals and client-facing documents.
* Nurture relationships with prospective clients to increase conversion rates.
Marketing & Content
* Create and post content for the Garden Design Studio across LinkedIn and other channels.
* Capture project imagery (on-site photos, short videos, social stories) and work with brand team to edit/publish.
* Write captions, case studies, and updates that reflect our design-led positioning.
* Monitor engagement and feed back insights to leadership.
About You
* Experience in a
studio, design, or creative environment
(agency, interiors, landscaping, architecture, or similar).
* Confident communicator with strong phone manner and client service skills.
* Organised, detail-oriented, and comfortable juggling multiple tasks.
* Social media savvy — ideally with experience creating content for LinkedIn/Instagram.
* Commercially minded — able to support quoting and understand client budgets.
* Enthusiastic about gardens, design, or lifestyle brands.
