We are seeking an experienced and organised Administrator to join our client’s well-established and highly successful company. This is a key Administrator role within the organisation, contributing to the smooth day-to-day running of administrative operations as well as dealing directly with clients and business stakeholders.
Key Administrator Responsibilities
* Help oversee the daily administrative functions across the organisation
* Provide support to senior leadership and management teams
* Maintain and improve office systems, procedures, and workflows
* Manage confidential data, documents and records with discretion
* Support budgeting, reporting, and project coordination activities
* Handle correspondence, queries, and stakeholder communications efficiently
Requirements
* Excellent organisational and time management skills
* Proven team player with team building ability
* Strong written and verbal communication abilities – ability to liaise at all levels
* High attention to detail and problem-solving skill
* Computer/PC literate with strong typing skills
* Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
* Experience managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
