About the Higher-Level Teaching Assistant Role As a Higher-Level Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital part in supporting teaching and learning across the curriculum. You will work closely with class teachers to assist in planning, deliver targeted interventions, lead small groups, and help create an engaging, inclusive classroom environment. Your contribution as a Higher-Level Teaching Assistant will directly support pupil progress, confidence, and wellbeing.
