The company is a business to business seller importing and exporting goods both nationally and internationally.
The company is a stimulating and interesting place to work, and we now have a opportunity for a Part Time Warehouse Cleaning Assistant at our head office in Southam, Warwickshire.
We are keen to speak to people with some experience in this area, although this is not essential. Candidates should have a flexible approach to working and adapt to the changing daily challenges.
The candidate
The ideal person will have the following qualities and experience:
* Positive attitude
* Able to work on own initiative
* Self-motivated
* Experience of working in a warehouse or similar environment
* Ability to get on well with people and others around them
Main Responsibilities:
* Establishing and maintaining an effective cleaning routine that acknowledges the needs of the warehouse and work colleagues.
* Using an industrial sit on vacuum sweeper and Scrubber drier for warehouse floors as well as manually sweeping, collecting rubbish and baling cardboard.
* Ensuring a safe system of work within the warehouse and making sure work areas are kept clear.
· Assisting with recycling.
· Monthly Legionella water testing.
· Monthly air freshener changes.
Hours of Work & Salary
· Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 20 hours per week.
· Salary: Starting hourly rate 12.24 per hour – negotiable.
