We are looking to recruit a temporary administrator, 5 days a week for a 12-month maternity cover. The hours of work will be 8:30am to 5:00pm Monday-Thursday, with a 4:30pm finish on a Friday.
Duties of the Role:
1. Managing the new starter process, including all correspondence with new staff
2. Chasing approvals and liaising with relevant departments including IT and Fleet
3. Producing offer letters and contracts and processing leavers
4. Chasing outstanding documents and right to work
5. Processing changes to terms such as reduction in working days, sabbaticals, secondments and flexible working
6. Managing attendance and balancing holidays
7. General admin such as references and dealing with day-to-day email enquiries
