Are You A First Class Landscape Gardener Who Can Lead Projects?
We're not looking for just another gardener — we need someone ready to step up and lead from the front.
This isn't a typical garden maintenance job — this is about delivering high-end results, building client relationships, and driving growth.
You'll be joining one of Northern Ireland's leading garden maintenance companies at a pivotal time.
We're growing fast — and we need two experienced landscapers to step into senior roles and help drive that success.
Why This Role is Different
Most gardening roles are about following instructions. This is about leading the job.
* You'll have real responsibility — not just for getting the work done, but for improving how we operate.
* You'll work directly with the owner, gaining insight into business management.
* You'll shape how projects are delivered and build long-term client relationships.
* Your standards will define the company's reputation — and you'll be rewarded for it.
What You'll Be Doing
Managing projects – Oversee and deliver high-end garden maintenance projects.
Building client relationships – Act as the face of the company and secure repeat business.
Problem solving – Handle challenges on-site and deliver solutions fast.
Team leadership – Lead from the front and make sure every project hits our standards.
Specialist work – Lawn care, planting, pruning, hedge cutting — ensuring excellence in every detail.
Who We're Looking For
You'll thrive in this role if:
* You have at least 3 years of experience in garden maintenance and landscaping
. You've managed projects and teams before — and delivered results
. You have a full driving licence and can manage a busy schedule.
* You're self-motivated, professional, and expect high standards from yourself and your team.
* You're comfortable using work apps and managing client details professionally.
What's In It For You?
£25,500 – £30,000 + performance and loyalty bonuses
Fully equipped company vehicle
Professional development and career progression
28 days holiday + pension
Paid bad weather days (no lost wages)
Direct access to the owner — no middle management
Long-term career growth potential
What Makes This Role a Step Up
* Most landscape roles are about showing up and getting the job done — this is about leading and driving improvement.
* You'll have autonomy to make decisions and be trusted to run projects your way.
* If you're ready to stop just 'working' and start building a reputation, this is for you.
