Your Responsibilities:
* Provide encouragement and support to students adapting to university-level academics.
* Help students maintain their motivation.
* Facilitate students' transition to university life by explaining routines.
* Support the development of independence and communication skills with peers and staff.
* Assist students in implementing strategies for managing workload, organization, and time.
* Communicate with Randstad and the Disability Support team (when necessary) regarding student progress, support needs, or well-being.
What We Are Looking For:
* Degree or equivalent qualification.
* Understanding of the Higher Education environment.
* Awareness of the challenges disabled individuals may face in higher education.
* Significant experience and skill in working with disabled people.
* Ability to work autonomously.
* Strong attention to detail.
