Job Summary
Pursues sales leads, promotes products, concludes orders and arranges internal sales logistics.
Responsibilities
1. Responds to calls from existing customers or distributors to purchase products, resolve account problems, follows up on supply or logistics concerns.
2. Works with sales account representatives or Sales Managers to resolve issues.
3. Consults with Manager on setting margins when margins needed to promote a sale deviate from the guidelines.
4. Ensures reports are maintained as necessary to track the status of inquiries, quotes & bids.
5. Achieves annual targets through consistent customer follow-up and resolution to distributor and/or customer problems.
6. Ensuring all H&S policies are adhered to at all times.
7. Undertaking any other duties as may be reasonably required within the scope of the role.
Basic Qualifications
8. Bachelors in Marking or Business

Key Competencies
9. Experience in a customer service or sales roles
10. Experience in working with multiple accounts and customers
11. Experience with Microsoft Office applications (Access, Excel, Word)
12. Experience with SAP (ERP software for processing quotations, orders etc.)
13. Excellent written and oral communication skills
14. Exceptional customer service orientation
15. Ability to effectively prioritise and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.
